Shipping

Once payment is verified, orders will be shipped the following business day, whenever possible. Additional days may be required during periods of peak demand. No shipping will take place on Saturday, Sunday, or U.S. holidays.

Certain circumstances may cause us to require supplemental information regarding confirmation of payment prior to processing and/or shipping an order. 90210LOOKS.com IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES OR LOSS TO THE SHIPMENT INCURRED DURING TRANSIT TO THE BUYER.

Orders are processed and shipped from Los Angeles CA, USA.

Domestic Shipping (Inside the 50 U.S. States)

Once an order has been shipped, delivery confirmation and appropriate tracking number will be transmitted to the buyer via email.

International Shipping (Outside of the 50 U.S. States)

Worldwide shipping is available. We utilize USPS First Class International (a) Flats and (b) Package shipping (must weigh less than 4 pounds), as well as USPS (c) Priority and USPS (d) Express Mail International. (c) USPS Priority and (d) Express automatically include tracking. (a) Flats does NOT offer tracking. Flats can only be used for relatively flat items such as lipstick and eyeliner. Taller and wider items such as nail polish cannot be shipped by Flats. It is possible that you may have to upgrade your shipping from Flats to (b) Package shipping for certain items.

USPS First Class International (b) Package shipping provides tracking only for certain countries. Shipping confirmation numbers starting with "LJ" or "LN" do NOT have tracking while numbers starting with "G" (which will convert to "LX" once it leaves U.S.) do have tracking.

We do not guarantee delivery of international orders, and we have no liability or responsibility for delivery of such orders. Buyer assumes all liability and responsibility once the shipment is placed in the mail service by our company.

Policy for Returned, Incorrect or Damaged Shipments

Returned items must be received in our offices within 14 calendar days of the purchase date in order to be eligible for recompense, and compensation will be extended by store credit only. No costs for shipping, handling, insurance and taxes will be compensated; and store credit will be limited to the purchase price of the goods. In order to qualify for compensation by store credit, items returned must be unused and remain in their original, unbroken box or sealed package, and they must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt. All sales are final as to items which were discounted, promotional, or otherwise “on sale or special offer”, said items will not be accepted for return.

All wholesale and international orders are final, and returns will not be accepted.

If our company errs and ships the wrong item, and if said item is returned to us unused, in its original unbroken box or sealed package, we will refund your shipping costs, and there will be no additional charges made for subsequently shipping the correct item to you.

Items damaged during shipping or transit are not eligible for credit or refund, and we will not accept said items if they are returned to us. Claims for such damages should be filed with the appropriate carrier.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled during "Processing" stage. Once your order has been submitted and paid, its status will read as "Processing". During “Processing”, your order is being packed and prepared for shipment. Once the package has been placed with a mail service, you will receive a confirmation number by e-mail, and your order’s status will be updated to "Shipped". As of that time, your order may not be cancelled. If your order is timely cancelled during the “Processing” stage, we will assess a cancellation charge of 10% of the total payment amount, or $10, whichever is greater.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to California addresses.

Currency Exchange Rate

For all purposes of ordering and shipping, the U.S. Dollar shall be used as the designated currency. For approximate currency conversion, please utilize the feature provided on our website. Please note that this conversion feature is for informational purposes only and the actual exchange rate may vary, depending on your bank and the actual date the transaction is processed.
